There are so many mental health nuances in the journey of becoming a parent and not enough are discussed freely and without shame.

I do this with all of my friends and clients entering this stage and wanted to share this with you all so that you could share it with the new birthing parents that you know and love.

I hope it also gives some of you some clarity on what you went thru as a new mother and greater compassion for yourself as a result.
